Our construction company was established as a result of the development of an architectural office that has been on the market since 1994. This step allowed us to carry out investment projects independently within the Q3D Group, which also includes a development company.

As a general contractor, we take care of all stages of investment implementation – beginning with the selection of material and technological solutions, through budgeting, organization of subcontractors, control of implementation until the completion of the investment and handing over of building for use.

Each stage of construction is subject to detailed and meticulous control. We enter the market with a fully valuable product.

Our team consists of qualified and experienced engineers and a production preparation department, responsible for, among other things, the selection of suppliers and subcontractors.

Witold Padlewski

Member of the Management Board

Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology.

Member of SARP (Association of Polish Architects) and MPOIA (Małopolska Regional Architect Chamber).

Co-founder of the 3D Group companies and later Q3D Group.

Creator of more than 170 architectural designs.

Passionate about alpine skiing, skitouring, road biking and classical music.

Paweł Koperski

Member of the Management Board

Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology.

He continued his adventure with the university as a researcher and lecturer of the Department.

Participant in the international TEMPUS programme “Polycentrism of Cities” in 1994.

Member of SARP (Association of Polish Architects) and MPOIA (Małopolska Regional Architect Chamber) and Pro Architektura foundation.

Co-founder of the 3D Group companies and later Q3D Group and the Pro Architecture Foundation.

Creator of more than 170 architectural designs.

He is the author of numerous publications under the international TEMPUS programme and the journal Architecture and Business.

In addition to architecture, his greatest passions are travel and photography.

Piotr Koszyk

Member of the Management Board

Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology and the Cracow University of Economics, in the field of Project Management.

After graduation, he gained experience in international general contracting companies (Germany, Austria) as a site manager, project manager, operations director and member of the management board.

Since 2016 in the development industry as a project manager and managing director.

At Q3D Contract, he is responsible for, among other things, the organization of ongoing operations of all departments of the company, the organization and implementation of investment processes, human resources policy, finances, work organization of the team of employees and representation of the company before external entities.

Member of MOIIB (Małopolska District Chamber of Civil Engineers).

Passionate about tennis, cycling, skiing, sailing and windsurfing.

Grzegorz Woźniak

President of the Management Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow.

He worked for 10 years as a programmer, then manager of teams of several dozen people in an international corporation. The experience he gained led him to begin his own IT and e-commerce businesses, in which he served as technical director and
president of the management board for more than 10 years.

Prior to joining Quelle Locum, he was involved in the preparation of two large residential projects with a total area exceeding 60,000 sqm.

Since 2016, he has been a president of the management board of the Quelle Locum a real estate development company, now Q3D Group. He is responsible for negotiations, finance, accounting, sales, legal and IT aspects.

He is responsible for cooperation with investment funds in terms of negotiations and agreements, he also takes care of maintaining good and long-term business relationships.

He considers his greatest success to be the implementation, together with the Q3D Group, of the Greendustry investment located in Zabłocie, Cracow.

His passions are traveling, basketball, tennis, as well as new technologies and programming.
